no credit card or paypal service at my place. no effective postal service.
only available means DHL and Barclays just their service costs above 50 dollars
any other way, i could make the pay and get my premium membership.

tried Barclays, only have a local currency account, they told me i should pay them around 50 dollars and then deposit the money for membership. hard to believe. any easier idea. p.s i live in Uganda now
