that's the best option. it's impossible to control other people's actions - we can only control our own.

As Erik says, just disable the chat, and block the user.

It's tricky because if you disable chat, you disabled it for nice players as well.

Blocking sounds nice so that I don't have to face the same player ever again. Can someone tell me how to do that?
Hi everyone, I am new to the place. I am not exactly new to chess, but never really played much. So learning a lot while having a lot of fun.
Just a question though. I have found most players very nice so far. Except one player who started verbally abusing right from the beginning. It took me some time to figure about the "disable chat" option, but it quite spoiled the game for me. Is there a policy against such members or is 'disable chat' the best option?
