Hello legends and non-legends... legend league sucks.

I know, it's true. The Champions league is by far the hardest to pass through to legends, but it's not worth the journey. Sure, you get a difficult award, but that's Chess.com's way of warranting the activity of champions, and all other leagues. Up here, there isn't much the average user is missing. There is the aren... oh, they were discontinued? Well, surely there is someth... no? Nothing other than an award and countless disappointed legends? Oh, well that sums it up for legends. Legends can continue to participate in leagues and earn the same trophies as you and me, so what is the difference? Novelty. That's it. So, do you have any suggestions to make this league better, or the league system better? I'll put them here.

Higher leagues from legends.

Award for winning a division in the legend league.

Higher leagues (like legends 1, 2, 3, 4, etc...)

Getting the legend league award and going to the legend club. That's it.

Legends League has better players on average - Each step up you notice the games are harder to win!

Leagues have no impact on pairings

This is true. After I got into League of Legends I started playing a lot less. But the quality of the game has also increased greatly.

I’ve been in champions league for a while now and is almost impossible to move up without grinding for hours upon hours

I quit leagues, and here is why.
CHESS.COM SAYS LEAGUES HAVE NO IMPACT IN MATCHMAKING.
And I say that is INCORRECT.
League varies, according to chess.com, on how MUCH you play.
Are you telling me the "time spent" variable does not matter how hard a player tries to win?
or the effort he puts into each game?
I have deactivated leagues and games seem to be more varied.
I am not always PLAYING AGAINST A DUDE WHO PLAYS 10+ GAMES a DAY LIKE ME

every time we explain this, a moderator comes around to state (without counter arguing) that "its not like that"
LOL

The reason it's mentioned is because it's true. A player's league and/or number of games played do not impact pairings.

Rating is the primary factor and there are some things to attempt to prevent higher lag players being paired with lower lag ones and those that disconnect/abort/abandon too often from playing those that don't.

IF on a league, I am paired fairly with people of ALL leagues? even those below me?
since you say they DONT impact pairings...
BECAUSE if you get paired ONLY or MOSTLY with people of YOUR CURRENT LEAGUE, that impacts pairings, EVEN of the ELO are the same.

Because most of them already played mamy games to get to their rating so they advanced leagues

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOW WAY MAN! So you mean I'm stuck in silver league cause I play like ONE GAME PER DAY!

I am not blaming you. Quitting leagues is the best thing, and I will do so too.
