Hello,
as of yesterday, I keep getting matched up with people who are way out of my rating range and even though I move, many times they refuse to move until the game is aborted. Now I am not able to play for over 15 -20 minutes at least because Chess.com is saying that I violated the Fair Play Policy. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can prevent it?
