How did you find chess.com

 Why would you call a grocery store chess.com? - and doesn't that make Erik liable to a lawsuit

My sis told me about this place

i google searched "chess"

Everybody calls it google search now.

He means he overheard erik in a grocery store saying that he was making a chess site called "chess.com".

who meant that

On Paltalk.

Well, I googled 'chessworld,' the site I was on before this one, and this site was much better than chessworld, because it's more user-friendly.

I was using the facebook app, and a friend convinced me to go on chess.com to play tournaments :)

I found chess.com on facebook. now l'm a full member. l think its the best thing since sky plus as you can pause anytime and resume later. l dont think l will find any chess site that is better.Also l have made a lot of friends around the world without actually meeting them.

I had purchased Chess Mentor software when it had the chess.com domain name.  It had been a long time since I checked their site and when I looked to see if they had done anything to update Erik had purchased domain name and turned it into a fantastic site.  Love it.

A blogging friend used it for a couple blog posts. I had to sign up to comment. Then I figured I might as well play a game. Now I can't stop.

I found chess.com via Google... After playing on chess.com for a while and checking out some other sites I decided that chess.com was the best and I bought a premium membership. I will renew my membership next month before it expires...

the site has been buggy and cranky for me.  Is that permanent, or something one gets over.

I just typed "chess.com" in the address bar and up popped this site.

I typed in chess.com and now I'm addicted!

I thought 'Hmm, chess would be an interesting thing to get good at' and then 'I wonder if you can play online', typed chess.com into the address bar and viola .
