My opponent and I are at move 67 on daily chess, and it's a dead draw. We each have a queen, and I have an extra pawn, but I can't stop checking him or he'll check me. The problem is that I can keep checking until the end of time, and neither of us can make progress, but he has refused my draw offer. Can I somehow appeal to the powers that be to get this declared a draw?
I don't think so. I remember reading in the ancient past about them adjudicating some stalled positions but it doesn't look like there's any stalling.
You do have the fifty move rule if you make it that far.
