In order to succeed in courting a dashing young lady, you need first to be confident with who you are. Here are some of the things I started doing to keep myself at an optimal level as a male.
1) Working out - I can easily do about 15 pushups every other day (You need to rest a day in between)
2) Dieting- I've been known to go through 5 apples a week
3) Reading- Read a book sometimes, not often though as books are boring.
