How do you guys deal with tilt?

I hit a new high today despite tilting four times last year. Normally I would just hit the bottle. How do you guys overcome tilt?

I just play a game mode I don’t care about until i’m no longer tilted that’s why I’m 800 in bullet and Rapid but 550 in blitz
