How do you use chess.com?

I was just wondering if anyone wanted to share how they use this site.

I mostly follow the videos of Gallofre Shanklin and Rensche trying to follow up on a few ideas they make videos about.  I try the game explorer to find variations on a queen pawn opening for white games and a Sicillian for black games.

I don't really know how to systematically use the chess mentor.  I am having difficulty finding the right level.

I could stand some tactics training but I get bored easily doing that.

What do you like to do on the site?

I'm with you on the tactics trainer leading to boredom. I can do maybe thirty in a row, then I get tired with it. I do Chess Mentor maybe once a week - not as often as I should. I enjoy the videos the most (Shankland and Rensche also being some of my favorites, along with Khachiyan). I also use the Game Explorer tons to really get my openings down. I consider openings the best part of my game.

I haven't a clue why my text is surrounded by a white box. But it looks cool!

I thought my online chess will improve my OTB skills, but now I am not so sure. I have got into the habit of using analysis board, do not play touch-move, look up opening database but don't remember for my next game. I haven't tested myself on live chess yet...
