Just let it time out. That is assuming your opponent isn't just taking some time going over all your old games first and is going to make a move before time runs out. 
Or you could resign. It shouldn't count as a rating loss (for either player, depending on the route you take) since not enough moves have been played.

Resigning counts as a loss, while losing on time with no moves made is not a loss.

You shouldn't just have game show up, unless you signed up for a club match or a tourney.
If you get a challenge, you can decline that if you want. If you send out an open challenge, you can't decline that, though you should be able to abort.
