What actually happens if you get reported in response? The worry would be that reporting doesn't do anything and the trolls keep coming regardless.

In the beginning, I had a policy of Report (with a screenshot) and Block. But I found that even non-Toxic players could be annoying in chat, so I eventually just diabled chat.

i have told numerous people to jump off a cliff without a parchute and im still here
How do you guys deal with rude players without completely turning off the chat? The past few days, I've ran into lots of mean players in game and it's really killing my desire to play. I would prefer to keep chat on because I really do enjoy talking to the nice part of the community (it might be my favorite part of chess!)
dont be mad at them, if u r mad, then they will be the villain and u will get punished
