it's a website, not an app. The app is only available on mobile devices.

Google Chrome also has the option to create a Windows shortcut for a specific webpage which opens in a new browser window without bars (URL-bar, Bookmarktoolbar, etc) which also does the trick, see: https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/answer/3060053

You can actually make any Web-Based App launch more like a Windows Program as follows:

1. Open Google Chrome

2. Go to Chess.com and Login

3. Click on the Chrome three dot "kabab" menu and choose "More tools" and then "Create shortcut"

4. In the Dialog Box, name it as you want and choose the "Open as window" checkbox

This will create an icon on your desktop with the name that you selected, and you can also pin this right now to your Windows taskbar.  When you launch it, it will open in it's own window without an menus or tabs or url bar, etc.
