I and l are not the same

so a capital 'i' and a lowercase 'L' look the same on the default font here.   that has led to a lot of account spoofing.  latest victims & perps respectively being:

@IAMBBW of @lAMBBW

@woollensock of @woolIensock

perhaps chess.com, when checking for unique handles during account creation, should match these letters and cases accordingly and prevent creations of such accounts; or use a different font which differentiates between them.

This is an illusion..it deceives your eyes..

Back in ROBLOX, many people followed this formula.. fake accounts and etc.

the solution looks simple enough although a little restrictive.

while this is a highly discriminatory song, things might have been different had the devs been raised on sesame street

I agree that I (capital i) and l (lowercase L) need to be distinguishable. That's one of the major flaws with this font style.
