Same issue here has been happening for days. When I try to get the resign/draw button the bottom of the screen vibrates (don't know how else to describe it) and the resign button does not appear. Eventually it does appear and I can resign but sometimes that takes 20 seconds which is very annoying for my opponent. Also becomes impossible to offer a draw because it uses up too much of my time. I am using Chrome on a Android phone. Google pixel.

Apologies to everyone I try and resign against.
Disable Confirm draw)resign in your settings.
More and more features of the site will begin using code not supported by older browser versions, so there's a very good chance other thing will break going forward.

What version of Chrome?

I tested on Chrome with the mobile optimized site and it does have an issue. I have reported that. Are you using desktop mode or regular mobile web?

i cannot resign even i pressed the resign button multiple times now. I either switch on mobile or let my time running out.
Seriously this is irritating and frustrating when simple buttons offer draw or resign doesnt work, you guys are making this worse with every update

If you're on an older browser, the site has a minimum supported version.
If you're on mobile Chrome, staff are aware of a bug impacting that which should be fixed soon.

Well, I don't want to update my laptop just to play chess. If a popup confirmation is so hard that needs an ultra updated browser, maybe we should look for another platform.

It's not necessarily that it's required, but there are instances where certain things the site wants to do needs newer features. No complex site will support old browsers forever.

The problem persists on my fully updated google pixel phone -- which is 2 1/2 years old -- using a fully updated Chrome browser. I tried your app a few years ago and didn't like it at all. Can't you guys fix this?

The issue on mobile Chrome is different. Staff put in a fix but it apparently wasn't 100% effective.
in my phone every thing works, but in my pc when I click on resign or draw nothing happens, and both devices has the same account, ans I cant play with the computers in my pc it always says that I am having internet problem while not having any, for example I can play online without any problem, but I can't resign or draw

It's not an account issue. If you are having issues on your PC, your browser is not supported anymore. If you can upgrade to a supported version, you should do that. Otherwise you can disable the Confirm option for draw/resign.
There's one other potential option, but it might not work if your browser is too old

It's not really about how old your PC is but how up-to-date your browser is. Keeping your browser (and operating system) updated is important for security reasons. This is not only important if you use online banking or make online payments; you don't want your PC to be taken over by crackers who add it to their botnet, for example.

The site is targeting browser features that older browsers do not support. They're not going to indefinitely support all older browsers.
