What is this talk of new time controls? You can already set custom time controls in live chess.
Well, that's just what I've heard...but, as you said, since you can do custom time controls in Live chess, someone might have gotten confused.
Longer standard time controls were mentioned by Erik in his TV show.

no its when your team mate captures a piece you take the piece that he captured and put it any where on the board.

Oh thank you it's called tvískák in Icelandic :) or two players chess. I've played it over the board and one time I won (with my partner) a bughouse chess tournament in Iceland!
And there will be live 960!
