Annyeonghaseyo. You could always try recording your streams. Come to think of it, there might even be cloud based stream recorders that don't require you to record from your pc.

You don't have to watch the streams live. Twitch has a video archive of the past streams.
At the top of the Twitch screen, there is a "Videos" link with the number of archived videos.
