Are you analyzing each game to see how your play could have been better? Lots of folks bolt to the next game and don't analyze. They just end up perfecting their mistakes...
My advice would be to tell him to make his own moves. Just looking at your last 4 games against him, besides a few less than great moves you made, there's no 1000 rated player that's going 4 straight games with no mistakes and only 1 blunder. The one game there was 83 total moves and he had 82 excellent with 1 inaccuracy. It's pretty obvious to see he's using some outside assistance. Call him on it and I bet you start winning a few.
