Biggest issue with Chess.com is the rampant cheating and sandbagging going on, especially in 10 minute blitz and Rapid formats, and in Arena, which is rampant with abuse (engine and sandbagging).
Because Chess.com is so free and easy to use, cheaters can sign up over and over again.

Oh well, what's the harm... eventually surely you only have to play people you know or that your friends know, and if you lose to a complete stranger well... what does it really matter.
It's great that there is somewhere with these great lessons for kids to access really easily.

this is drwback for sure.there is no day that i log in without message of adjusting my rating because someone was using some outer assistance. but what to do.
