Only use the report system. Do not tell anyone else, because what if you are wrong? Then an innocent legit player will get mass reported and maybe banned.

I finally figured out why @Bready-Boy, and many others have gotten banned!! On https://www.chess.com/legal/community, it says you cannot accuse others of cheating, which I'm pretty sure @Bready-Boy had an entire article about someone cheating! Make sure not to do that, or break the other rules, in hopes you don't get banned.
