Chess.com should definitely not give any second chances to rule breakers, because people are paying to have a pleasant expirience and it is unfair for you to be dealing with someone breaking the rules like cheating, or saying disrespectful comments to you, which is bad.

if you break the rules you deserve your ban. its not hard to participate responsibly, chess.com has a responsibility to their paying member to keep the site pleasant, and they owe nothing to people who choose to be inconsiderate of others. i think they should do even more to prevent banned accounts from creating akternate accounts to bypass their bans.
