I don't track topics by default so didn't get any notification. 
What can i say, here in chess.com i get insulted every now and then, by any player, for no reason. I dont know any browsergame, that this happens, and for me, clearly not enough is beeing done about it. It really takes the fun away.
One option for me would be the possibilty to verfy, personalise the account, with playing option "play verifide accounts only". Then, someone not following the fair-play rules, ban him from that platform. let them play in the spam-category if you need one. separate rating too..

i agree to first part of message but making a whole category for people with this genre with separate rating is hard to get you know
