Integrated Rating System (I.R.S) Do we need it ??

Hey Fellas 

I'm just trying to know your views about how you feel about an Integrated Rating System (I.R.S)  i.e. one rating for Bullet, Blitz or Standard Chess in chess.com. I do have my views in support of having an Integrated Rating System. I'm inviting everyone's point of view regarding the same and, if possible, we may amicably discuss pros and cons of I.R.S through this forum. Please share your views.

nice suggestion, but it is not going to be done. 3 ratings are for 3 different formats and players like to have different ratings for different formats..

But don't you think a uniformity and holistic approach to ratings ought to be applied ?  And, not just in chess.com, that holds for every chess site..

ths diffrential ratings aproach is followed at all chess sites..

do you play chess in icc or chess cube or not ?

I play diffrenty depending on the speed. My rating for standard in no way relfects my rating in bullet. I suck at bullet but am decent in standard. It would throw all the pairings off becuase I would be pulled down by my bullet rating but if im playing a standard game it wouldn't refelct how I was playing. 

We already have one IRS, and it sucks.

Yes, I do have an account there and I know they also follow differential rating system.

more ratings are GOOD(tm)! integrating the three ratings is not good :(
