You can wear whatever ring, bracelet, earring, piercing... you want, as long as you do not carry an electronic device (cell phone, smart watch, ear phone...).

In an official USCF Tournament:
Is there a rule towards jewelry?
Like, if I wanted to where a ring or bracelet, can I wear them?
If it's a very shiny diamond, it may not be wise as the reflections off the diamond could distract players (especially if the tournament is conducted in an area where sunlight can pass through).
That said, there is no real restriction on wearing of jewelries in tournaments.

You're stating FIDE rules.
US Chess rules, by default, are not so restrictive, unless the event is also FIDE rated. Organizers are free to be more restrictive. I wear my watch during events but my phone is off and the device is put in do not disturb mode; I've never had an issue.
@Wolf_Plays_Chess, jewelry is fine. If you have questions about any electronic devices, such as fitness related things, you would be best to ask the organizer of any events you plan on playing in, in case that could be a deal breaker for you.
