I'd say get better at blitz and rapid before playing bullet

Somehow I got to 1600 that way:/

OK, I looked at your Bullet games.  I can instantly make you a better Chess player.  1st off:  Stop resigning so mush.  2nd off: Stop resigning so much.  3rd Off: Stop resigning so much.

In bullet all you need is a single pawn on the board.  If your opponent times out, you win the game.   I suspect that you lose one or two pieces and then give up.

Make your opponent checkmate you, even if there is no way of checkmating your opponent.  Look at your wins.  Have you noticed that less than 10 percent of your opponents are resigning?

Here's another thing.  There's an opening called the Hippo.  It will save you a tremendous amount of time on the board.  The first 10 moves are pretty straight forward, and the great thing is the move order doesn't matter.  You can also use the Hippo for white or black. It will save you time, and at your level, time is the name of the game.

Wait what?  Your games are games that are timed at 1 minute.  We aren't talking about Rapid.  We are talking about Bullet.  Based on your time settings the most you are going to lose in time is a minute.  Is the extra minute really going to be that much of a burden?

Umm yeah when you have time problems lol

technical_knockout

bullet and bitz are terrible for new players!

you'd be much better off playing a few daily games at once or a long rapid game:

take time to think about the games & make sure you aren't about to blunder before EACH move!!

really it sounds like you should do puzzle rush only for a while to start understanding how the pieces interact a little better... until you stop dropping pieces left & right it's only to be expected that you should lose every game.

I don't need you to believe me lol

Right. I can just look at your game archive and see the pages and pages of your short under ten move losses while you were driving your rating down.

I really don't like people who break rules what they enforce at others...
