I can't do this because I can't even load the Chess.com app on my iPhone. Just to make sure we're all on the same page, this is what happens:
- I click the Chess.com app
- I get the standard "green startup screen"
- And then I'm suddenly back to where I started - the iphone page with the Chess.com app - as if I deliberately exited out.
FYI my wife is having the same problem with her iPhone.
Yup happens here also. Just downloaded new update. Can access games but crashes after 1 move when switching to another opponent.

You don't need to access the app to send a crash report. Please follow the instructions in tht link :) if you send the reports, we can fix it. Also,have you tried uninstall/reinstall? Please send the reports! Thanks you...

My Chess.com iPhone app used to crash periodically which didn't really bother me, but now it crashes every time it loads. I just see the green chessboard screen with Chess.com logo at the top and the swirling loading icon, and then it goes to a black screen and crashes.
Is this a known issue? I can't get into the settings to send a crash log to chess.com.
I just updated the app yesterday (after it started crashing), and it still crashes with the new update. I am on an old 3G iPhone.
