Is 1850 fide bad if you are 2100 uscf ?

You could get 1900 if you didn't play at Marshall and stuck to playing Hotel Tournies here and there. Everyone at Marshall is underrated fide and they ONLY play at Marshall so their fide will stay the same. So yours will stay the same also unless you improve to 2200 uscf (AKA you improve)

FIDE ratings are typically 100 pt higher when compared to USCF.  Unless you play in a format rated by both federations, one rating will not be impacted by your performance.
