Please continue to make reports. They really do have an effect even if you don't always see what action is taken.
The monthly report statistics show something of how many accounts are closed or muted fie abuse.
Is chess.com a safe platform ?

seems like more of a lack of mods then them just not caring but when this does happen they are muted and or banned and this happens a lot each month but it just isnt communicated as well to the players as it could be
