“Is Daily Streak Visible to Others on Chess.com?”

I have a simple question about the daily streak feature. I currently have a 351-day streak 🔥, and I was wondering – is there any way that everyone can see our daily streak on Chess.com, like a public badge or indicator on our profile? Right now, the streak counter appears on the top left side of the dashboard, but it seems to be visible only to the user. If it’s not public, then what is the real purpose of the streak feature? I feel it would be more motivating if streaks were publicly visible on profiles, just like ratings or achievements. What do you all think about this? Thanks in advance!

I don't think it is visible.

It might be a good thing to display but some people would have streaks in many things- puzzles, games, forum posting.

It could get messy.

How would you choose what to display?

Suddenly. It would be getting more complicated.

You can make the suggestion by visiting Support.

@AkhandYoddha it's just for motivating yourself. And for me, it works. Over 1600, that's nice and I try to rise it up.

Now players seem to be unable to hide that streak despite the fact there is such an option in settings
