I know on desktop it is possible but I don't know about on the app, it won't let me leave a live game without resigning.

No. Only one game at a time and as you found, leaving the game screen will resign the game in progress.

Connecting two sentences with a comma is not correct english, it requires a semi-colon or full stop and new sentence. Dunce.

"English" should be capitalised.

actually i live in america and connecting two sentences with a comma isn't necessarily bad, (mind the capitalisation)

Your grammar and capitalisation is so perfect you should clearly have the last word on this.

I was being pinickety on @francis20110 in response to him being a c*nt about grammar in my thread. He must be fun at parties and have a great life picking up minor errors on an internet forum where perfect grammar isn't important.

I was not nitpicking your grammar just for the sake of it, I genuinely read it as if the author is a non-native speaker, which was only of relevance as you claimed to be from the United Kingdom. I also gave useful advice on the other thread such as it not being worth your time worrying about being blocked by a paranoid/mentally unstable woman.
