Review and analyse your games. Play puzzles. Look at YouTube videos and books. Practice endgames
Lately, I’ve hit a bit of a plateau with my chess practice ♟️

Thank you for your suggestion. I did the same, but it always has a bad effect. It makes me feel very headache.

Is 1860 your actual rating? That’s seriously impressive! How did you manage to reach such a high level?

I'm pretty bad but yeah puzzles are definitely the way to go I think. If it gives you a headache do it for a short period of time, but also chess is a very hard game so you have to deal with things like that.

In summary: do puzzles, find a good opening for white that you are comfortable with and a couple for black, calculate more, don’t blunder, and also longer time controls. I’ve been doing 10 minutes but I might move to 15|10 as I have lost some winning positions on time.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will practice and try bravely. I hope my chess skills can be improved. I also hope that everyone's skills can be improved. I wish you all a happy weekend night.

Always blunder check your moves, learn basic endgames and openings, and do about 10 minutes of puzzles per day.

For lower rated players, I recommend chess.com survival
For both low and high-rateds this works. I also do that everytime I play games.

Chess wisdom takes time. Keep playing & you'll get more dynamic then rating will follow. Analysis is my favorite tool for improvement.

ignore what most of the other people have been saying about practicing endgames and learning openings, it is completely unnecesary up until about 1000. all you need to do is not blunder pieces or tactics. puzzles are good, and will help, but really it is not a question of learning anything new, just taking your time and thinking about your moves
My rating has been stuck around 300, and it feels a little tough to make progress I was wondering how do most players usually break through this stage? Are there any effective ways or strategies to improve my skills at this level? I’d really appreciate any advice you could share
