Don't try quitting or making an alt. Don't be scared to lose rating the problem is you need to understand the puzzles so you remember the puzzles pattern to easily remember it while solving puzzles set it on the board and solve it on the board and then solve it on the mobile that way your brain can easily remember the pattern and then you can see these patterns in your games
