There were probably too many messages being spammed in the forums, to the point where notifications were being turned off but people were still being notified about new messages. I personally feel disappointed because of all the hard work that I put in to be able to join the Legends Club. There's a new club called Users Legends Club that is moderated and prevents members from spamming messages.
