Locked out from my official account

Hello. My name is Silvio Andrés Llorens and my official account is Mozartus88. There I'm a coach and receive messages from potential students. Last Sunday (July 10th, 2022) my session was logged out with no reason (I'm always logged on chess.com on my mobile and computer). When I tried to log in again, I entered my password and it says that it is invalid. I don't remember my associated email because I never needed to use it. How can I do to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

Write to support@chess.com. Perhaps you will need to use an email account that you actually use regularly.

I see you are a titled player. That should help you re-establish your identity.

Yes. I've already written to support@chess.com 4 days ago. I never received and answer. How long does it take to receive an answer from them? Thanks

Did you send that using the email in the account you mentioned? If so, check your spam/junk folders to make sure someone hasn't tried contacting you.

I wrote with my personal email, which is not the associated email of the account I want to get back. Anyway, I clarified that my account is Mozartus88 in the body of the email. As you can see, I am locked out from my account from last Sunday with coincides with the last connection. I also offered to send a photo of my personal ID to demonstrate it's me the real owner. I work with that account, that's why I'm quite worried

I don't think they'll be able to do anything if the account email doesn't match the email sending in the ticket.

If you used to be always logged on to your computer, then your computer browser might have saved your email address and password
