Looking for an overview of chess.com features that would appeal to a beginner.

I'm new to chess, and to chess.com.  I  signed up about a month ago.  I paid for the diamond membership so that I could see what all of the options are.  I've played a few games, played puzzles, and have just about finished the structured lessons sequence.  I'm not a very good chess player.  And I'm also not very intuitive about using the chess.com features.

Is there a video(s) or blog that gives an overview of the many different features or activities I can participate in?  For example, something that explains the leagues (wood, stone, etc.)  Why I might be interested in this?  Or, how do I sign up for a "tournament" or competition that would included a 600 level player? Not that these are what I'm solely interested in.  I don't know what I might be interested in.

I'm looking for a presentation that assumes I know nothing.  Just looking to take advantage of my membership.
