I’m a fair player and have recently noticed that I’m constantly paired against suspicious new accounts with 85–95% accuracy. Many of them later get banned and I get rating refunds.
I tried contacting support several times, but the bot keeps blocking me and doesn’t let me through.
I’ve written on Reddit already and I’m honestly losing motivation to play because every game feels unfair. I don’t cheat, I don’t abort games, and I play humanly.
Can someone from staff please check my account status?
