Missing ELO?

About an hour ago I received a message that a previous opponent violated the fair play policy so I would be receiving ELO back. The message said: 442 + 8 => 450. About 30 minutes later I played a game, won the game, and won 8 ELO. For about 2 minutes, I was rated 458. My highest rated is registered as 458, however, now my ELO is back to 450. What gives?

It's the stats panel that's showing incorrectly.
Your rating is still 458
