It might be an idea to have different turn-based ratings based on the type of play you prefer. As in live chess where you have a rating for quick, blitz and standard, turn-based could have preferences like 'I play with resources', 'I play intuitive', 'I play serious' or 'I play for fun'. Still you could fool yourself if you wanted to but why not give people the opportunity to make multiple types of turn-based games as long as it is visible to your opponent. Of course, there would be no end as to the number of possibilities. But maybe just one would do. As Oort says going to other sites for this reason is not good for chess.com.
