I have an idea of starting up a group, but i don't have premium membership. Can someone start the group for me and make me admin?

There are many, many groups already, you might see if one of them fits your idea, join and participate and you can be made an admin. Or you can pony up if you want it to be your very own for whatever reason.

Though old Athens is the one everyone thinks of as more worthwhile. Less smog and overcrowding.

I like flags, join new athens and you'll find out. I decided that this old group is ideal.
