Just had this issue with a player, https://www.chess.com/member/KingOnMove. Would definitely welcome a "report" button. In their case they offered a draw after 4 moves then, then again offered a draw every move until they just left the clock hanging. They then pretended to disconnect and reconnected just before the timer ran down. No idea why you'd bother...

This has a growing problem that has happened in many of my live chess games, mostly during 10 minute or 20 minute matches. A player is in a losing position (such as a forced mate or trapped queen, etc) and simply stops playing just to run the clock down. It's something I've noticed players doing for the sole purpose of being a sore loser. We should be able to report a player for doing so, and multiple reports (which can be substantiated by looking at the time of there last move played) will result in some sort temporary ban or something like that. Let me know what y'all think!
