edit: never mind. redesign blindness... Will have to be approved for this group, will be interesting to see if Erik can stomach that :p
New Site Design Feedback
Spamming / abuse still occurs in the feedback group and irrelevant chit chat... one member got booted from being abusive by Erik only yesterday.. then he came back and said "was I just booted?". :)
Yes, I saw that, but the forums are much more controlled and manageable there than one single spammed topic here.
I noticed more feedback from Erik in the group notes than in the forums there, in the forums I had been tracking. For that reason I stopped tracking forums there, so don't know if that changed later.
If any bugs are really 'bugging' me I send in a ticket for it as well as report it. Then it can't be ignored. At least an answer gets given within a day or 2, even if it's not the answer I'm wanting to hear. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. But it's logged and has to be replied to. In the notes and forums it's not.
Agreed. The features and functionality of the site is actually better, especially once the fixes are all done, and some of you are acting as if you have lost the ability to use features that you paid for. Absurd. The only thing that has really changed is the look of the site. Geez.
I can't; I'm a postaholic. I'm addicted to postahol. ^_^
Then you shouldn't have a go at anyone else who is posting comments you see as useless/irrelevant when not all of your posts are giving feedback or discussing the issues also. Something you did do here today.
They made the group because too many people in this topic were posting needless cr4p, being abusive, reposting the same issues and spamming nonsense.
& that's untrue because that group has been around for ages: (Formed: Dec 9, 2011 according to home-page).
Alan Tudor, Reaktor & others were members at one time. You shouldn't give out disinformation...

Computer analysis works OK for me. I just submitted, received, and reviewed two games this morning, no problem.
Think has been some javascript-changes should resolve via updates on your own PC.
Anyone tried inserting ''emoticon'' in comment-reply-boxes today ?
Similar-issue though still functional :))
And a new bug found.
(admins, see http://www.chess.com/votechess/game.html?id=24957 )
It's a votechess game, and we started discussing a move before the opponent actually made the move. Now the movelist isn't updated.
Just confirmed this one, and reported to Development. Thanks.
I've received them, but when I try to go through them the cursor repeatedly returns to the top the list of moves. As a result, by the time I'm looking at move 20 I can't see what's next.
I can't reproduce this one.. I'm finding that focus in the move-list causes the current move to be highlighted in the (vertical) center of the list box, which is good.
What browser are you using?
Thanks DeepGreene.
You might also want to take a look at that other bug reported in the same post, whereby the totals from my played chess games don't add up. (3 more games played than the total of games with black and white).
That looks like a pretty nasty bug in the database somewhere, tbh.
My "current" games is listed as 14, which is correct. However my "in progress" games is listed as 9...???
Thanks DeepGreene.

For sure. Looking at that one now.
Well I have posted that link in this topic many many times, and others have too, so pfft to DrPhil who hasn't even read the topic he's posting in!! lol
