Thanks! Unfortunately, there's actually a lot of that in there still.. We're conducting a sweep right now to make sure the migrated content will very soon be on par with the improved look and feel!

That went from the bottom of the page a long time ago. The new route is via Help & Support, then Contact Support.
we have launched our new support center. it acts much the same, but looks a lot better!
