I, for one, would buy popcorn to watch a class action suit brought against a private company over rules governing their private web site, whose terms of service you have accepted and which you are using for free. How could you fail to succeed?

I am sure, I’m a country where frivolous lawsuits are a culture in and of themselves, it has been done.
