I was facing same problem from so many days and though I won some games trophies are not updating and will the won games come to count after the bug fix?

Im in second place 160 trophies and won more games and not getting my trophies I'm in champion league trying to advance to legend and this happened to me to it says 30/50 needs more players or something???

Once staff fixes the issue, my understanding is those qualified for promotion will promote and be put into a new division in that league. As soon as that's full, you'll start getting trophies

I know they're actively working on identifying the impacted divisions and working through the process but don't know how quickly it will be completed.

Just assume nothing, forget it ! When i had the same situation, i waited until the reset on sundays hoping for a solution. But not, i was playing in the same league, got no points and it continued that points are not counting.... The only option i had was to quit the division and start over again in the same league. As it seems to me, they might have already solved the problem but are not able to get back to the original status without harming other players.

Staff are aware of an issue where some members aren't getting trophies and are looking into it. It's a different issue than the one at the start of this topic.

After i have got no trophies i left the division and joined a new, which was last time helping;

When i want to check my division:

So I see that the only way to get trophy's is to switch leagues but what about all the points that I should have won are they just gone or are they looking to back log them somehow?

I contacted them and they said they have to fix problem. They said they can add your points manually if you contact support. That put me to #1 but I know that would not be the case if everyone got points. They said the program they use has to be debugged. May take a while cause it’s been a couple of weeks already.

How do you contact the admin? I’ve won over 15 matches in champion league and would be first if not second, but the screen shows nobody getting trophies added. I remain at 105 (which is the exact same I had 20 matches ago) kind of frustrating. It’s like nothing updates bc on my screen it’s not just me, only the time/day counter changes. If it was one match ok, but this is over 15 won matches and nothing gets added. Anyone experiencing the same atm? 2 weeks ago there was a similar problem where the league didn’t advance and the screen showed 30-50. But now it’s different. Thanks in advance

Staff can update your counts but due to the bug, new trophies aren't being automatically added and won't be until it's fixed.
