We say “when you know better, you do better.” Well done Erik, stand and be counted. I say “Thank you for the best chess site available.” If it weren’t for Chess.com it’s likely i wouldn’t have returned to the game after so many years. Sincere thank you(s) to all the staff as well.

unfortunately, that means beta testers aren't representative of the whole population
also, leagues were fine in beta i presume but the whole population has more bad things in it
and also half the people want something and the other half want the exact opposite usually...

Play has been the primary interface being used for over a year for all member. That's why @erik said 99% of members were already using it.

live chess is back, but like the unicorn you see it and then it'll disappear in the fog, but as I stated before, the little kid looking through the glass seeing all the delicious candies, now they have cracked the door the little kids steps inside he becomes one with the board, and for a moment his meager existence is changed, he can be a night, a bishop, a king even the Queen, and for brief moment his life is changed to something better and he pushes forward and learns skills that he will take to the world when he comes back from the one he said, thank you for live chess, and for whatever God's brought it back,

Try clearing your browser cache.
Also, do you have any plugins/add-ons enabled? Some can cause issues by blocking site resources.

as the phoenix rose from the ashes so did live chess, now they say that the code is too old, how about this, take away the cartoon play chess, substitute live chess, and run your new algorithm system, with the confusion system navigation bar, the new navigation confusion system is bloated, stuffed full of useless, and unwanted items, so making a space for live chess, shouldn't be a problem, if you're serious about trying to please, the people to play the game of chess, still haven't got an answer to my question?, does anyone who created the new navigation confusion system know how to play the game of chess?, its origins and why is it such a beautiful game to behold, I continue to wait, the simple facts are that they admitted to their selves and everyone else, they screwed the pooch, they took an overlay and slapped it over a once great chess site, and now want to push the new algorithm, which is poor at best, it matches opponents, no more than five points higher than their actual score, people who play the game of chess and learn from playing it, will never learn any better moves and they will stay at the level they are at, but there's a reason why they did this, so they can push their lessons to play chess, I am not one that learns by sticking my face into a virtual book as it is, I learn by playing people that are better than me, and if I can't get the skill level that is higher than me to play me and what is the point, oh yes and another subject, why do they hide the complaint form, this where I'm at now, should be easy to find just like the learn how to play chess button, just saying.
