Paying with a money order

For various reasons, I have chosen to pay for my diamond membership with a money order. I mailed out the order on November 12, and to date (December 1) I have not been reactivated with my diamond membership.

I'm just wondering if others have experienced a similar delay when paying with a money order, or if I should be extremely concerned by now.

I have contacted customer support, and they've been very polite, but so far I have no upgrade.

For what it's worth, I did get my diamond membership renewed this morning. It took 3 weeks with a money order, but it's back in place.

Mail may take longer at the moment due to all the Christmas cards and parcels being sent out over the holidays, the postal service get busier this time of year
