players whose rating are  <1500 shouldn't play chess. They make blunders a lot. You see, only people who are magically born with 2200 strength should be able to play chess, correct?

Then you should not play chess, according to what u say... u are under-1500 in bullett lol. Fail!

U can't declare war twice, since i already declared it before. You were already in war before declaring war after my war declaration on all who's U-900s , being u one of them in that moment, time and space.
