I am playing in a tournament tomorrow in person not on chess.com and if any one could give me some tips before noon tomorrow I would really appreciate

Don't touch a piece unless ur sure you're gonna move it. A lot of people lose cuz of touch move. Good luck
And don't be nervous being nervous = instant loss I mean you can't think if our nervous so if it's your first one you might get nervous and if someone against you is a strong player don't be nervous
