We briefly close live chess down when we are working on changes to the live server.
It's rarely longer than a few minutes.

Over the last few weeks I am more and more often finding that the browser I use (Chrome) is unable to 'find' Chess.com. This is often followed by the "We are working on improving Chess.com, etc" message. When available games online are loading very slowly, this isn't confined only to Chrome.
Is Chess.com aware of these failings, what is being done to improve them if so? There is little point in paying for a site that is often unavailable, and very slow when it is.
