I think North Korea isn't even in the top ten. There's probably a lot of people who pick it as a joke because it should otherwise be theoretically impossible.

TBH I got the rare ones in two ways, I looked for a club from the place in "clubs" and players names oft refer to their country so I checked those out. someone is always larping as a north korean or the pope etc, so things aint as hard as ya thunk.
