Rating Bug in Puzzle Battle

Around 4pm IST I was playing a puzzle battle game, I won and got 5 points...It showed my new rating was 1545 clicked next battle and won that one too...but...this time I won 7 points...Meaning my rating should've been 1552...But why did it show my new rating was...1548?

This is not a joke. But this isn't a big issue for me because it's fine as long as I can practice but yeah, I just wanted to warn chess.com...

I have the same issue. I guess I won't get an answer as well. (What exactly am I paying for...?)

I can't make any progress in puzzle battle. Every time I win I immediately lose my points again before playing another game. Amazing.

Yep same kind of issues here. Extremely frustrating. Not that it really matters but i should have broken 1800 which would be kinda nice. 

Didn’t even realize this was from June initially. Guess they’ve had issues for quite a while. 

Id really like just a proper graph of my games. That would allow me to atleast feel sane when my elo is fluctuating like this.
