chess.com deals with it. it isn't their fault that the content appears on the site, so why are you blaming them? they aren't condoning it. they can't help that some people are weirdos. but they can delete the post and ban the poster, which they do in a timely manner.

Yep, thats why I dont understand what this topic is about. There are no means to prevent adult content from appearing on chess.com, the only way is to report that content

and they deal with it in a short timeframe. less than 30 minutes to an hour. we cannot expect perfection, because it doesn't exist. making complaints doesn't help. if you really want to help, point them out to staff in DMS or just click one simple button. and hope that they see it in a short timeframe, because there are most likely hundreds of thousands of reports daily

Must be true for forums where the content is static, many people can see and report it

All we can do is to report those clubs, since what are we gonna do about it? Plus, even if those clubs gets deleted, there might be more clubs getting created with the same NSFW stuff that they show to children.

possibly more when other factors come into play. further analysis is required for things like clubs or mass bot attacks, similar to the ones that happened earlier that advertised phone numbers for "services"

how many people do you think chess.com has hired for monitoring reports? maiby AI should be put to work to solve some of reports in order to increase speed in handling complains

ai would make the problems worse. false bans, false reports, etc. 
they've hired a lot, but you have to remember that there are hundreds of thousands to millions of people on the site every day. that leads to thousands of reports daily.
